By accessing our Website or booking our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or Services.

2. Service Description

RADDYSHRISOLUTIONS provides pre-booked airport pick-up and drop-off services to and from Chennai International Airport (MAA). Our services include:

• Pick-up from any location within Chennai to Chennai International Airport (Airport Drop)
• Pick-up from Chennai International Airport to any location within Chennai (Airport Pick-Up)
• Round-trip airport transfers

We operate as an independent platform and do not affiliate with any airline, airport authority, ride-hailing platform, taxi aggregator, or any other third-party entity.

3. Booking and Confirmation

Bookings can be made through our Website, by calling +91 44 6600 7000, or via WhatsApp at the same number. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message with your booking reference number, vehicle details, and driver information.

When making a booking, you must provide accurate information including:

• Full name of the passenger(s)
• Contact phone number
• Pick-up address (complete with landmarks)
• Drop-off address
• Date and time of pick-up
• Flight number (for airport pick-ups)
• Number of passengers and luggage count

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Fare Structure

All fares are quoted at the time of booking and are based on the distance between the pick-up and drop-off locations. The quoted fare is fixed and will not change due to traffic conditions, time of day, or demand.

4.2 What Is Included

• Base fare for the specified route
• Fuel charges
• Driver allowance
• Air-conditioned vehicle
• Up to 30 minutes of free waiting time at the airport (for airport pick-ups)

4.3 Additional Charges (Not Included)

• Toll charges (if applicable on the route)
• Parking fees at the airport or pick-up/drop-off location
• Waiting charges beyond 30 minutes (charged at the rate communicated at booking)
• Extra stops or route deviations requested by the passenger

4.4 Payment Methods

We accept: Cash (Indian Rupees only), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and Bank transfer. Payment is due at the completion of the trip unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of booking.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

• Be ready at the designated pick-up location at the scheduled time.
• Wear seatbelts at all times during the ride.
• Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or use of illegal substances inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. RADDYSHRISOLUTIONS is not liable for items left behind.
• Any damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger will be charged to the passenger.
• Provide accurate flight information for airport pick-ups.

7. Our Responsibilities

• Provide a clean, well-maintained, air-conditioned vehicle as per the booking.
• Driver arrives at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
• For airport pick-ups, we monitor flight arrival times and adjust accordingly.
• Communicate any delays or changes via phone call or WhatsApp.
• All drivers are verified and carry valid driving licenses.

8. Limitation of Liability

RADDYSHRISOLUTIONS shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, vehicle breakdowns (we will arrange an alternative vehicle), or extraordinary traffic conditions.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fare paid for the specific trip in question.

9. Privacy

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of RADDYSHRISOLUTIONS and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
