Cancellation & Refund Policy

Understand our cancellation timelines, refund process, and no-show policy for airport transfers.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

You may cancel your booking by contacting us via phone (+91 44 6600 7000) or WhatsApp. The following cancellation charges apply based on the time of cancellation relative to the scheduled pick-up time:

2. No-Show Policy

If you fail to appear at the pick-up location within 30 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time without prior communication, the booking will be treated as a "No-Show." In such cases:

  • 100% of the quoted fare will be charged.
  • No refund will be issued for prepaid bookings.

For airport pick-ups, our driver will wait at the arrival terminal for up to 30 minutes after the flight's actual landing time (not the scheduled time). If the passenger does not appear within this window and does not respond to phone calls or WhatsApp messages, the no-show policy will apply.

3. Cancellation by RADDYSHRISOLUTIONS

In rare circumstances, RADDYSHRISOLUTIONS may need to cancel a booking due to:

  • Vehicle breakdown or unavailability
  • Severe weather conditions making travel unsafe
  • Government-imposed restrictions or road closures
  • Driver emergency

In all such cases, we will:

  • Notify you as early as possible via phone call and WhatsApp.
  • Attempt to arrange an alternative vehicle.
  • If no alternative is available, issue a full refund for any prepaid amount within 5-7 business days.

4. Refund Process

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed as follows:

  • UPI payments: Refunded to the original UPI ID within 3-5 business days.
  • Bank transfers: Refunded to the original bank account within 5-7 business days.
  • Cash payments: If you paid in cash and are eligible for a refund, the amount will be transferred to your bank account or UPI ID. Please provide your details to our team.

5. Modification of Bookings

You may modify your booking (change of date, time, pick-up location, or vehicle type) by contacting us at least 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Modifications are subject to vehicle availability. If the modified booking results in a higher fare, the difference will be charged. If it results in a lower fare, the difference will be refunded.

6. Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding a cancellation charge or refund, please contact us at info@raddyshrisolutions.site with your booking reference number and a description of the issue. We will review your case and respond within 48 hours.
